How Does Annual Pest Control Work?
Your plan includes one thorough annual service with full interior and exterior treatment, a documented property inspection report with photographs, and unlimited free callbacks for the remainder of the plan year. The plan is prepaid annually rather than arranged as a quarterly service contract.
Which Pests Are Included in My Annual Plan?
The annual plan covers common household ants, American roaches, spiders, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, millipedes, and scorpions. If any of these pests show up during your plan year, we return at no charge, as many times as it takes.
What Is Handled Separately?
Termites and wood-destroying insects, mosquitoes, wildlife, bed bugs, German roaches, fire ants, and crazy ants. These need different treatment and different products, so they're quoted on their own. If you need one, we'll tell you plainly.
What Will My Inspection Report Include?
You receive a written record with photographs showing what was found and what was treated. The report documents your property inspection and the work performed.
How Much Does the Annual Plan Cost?
Annual pricing depends on your property. Request a quote and we’ll confirm the full annual price before scheduling. It includes the annual interior and exterior treatment, documented property inspection report and unlimited free callbacks for the listed household pests for the remainder of your plan year.
Do You Offer WDI Inspections?
Yes. Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspections are available for homebuyers, home sellers and real estate transactions. An inspection is separate from the annual residential pest-control plan and does not include termite treatment.

Do You Service Commercial or New-Construction Properties?
No. Our current services focus on residential properties. We do not offer commercial, industrial or new-construction pest control.
